Customer Adviser in Mühldorf

DEVK is hiring a full-time customer adviser in Mühldorf on a permanent contract, starting immediately. The role involves advice, sales and service for private and business customers, and building lasting customer relationships.

• Provide individual support to long-standing private and business customers
• Expand the customer base by winning new customers
• Regularly contact existing customers to build lasting business relationships
• Manage claims and settle minor claims
• Consistently cross-sell products
• Work independently, with support from sales specialists when needed
• Continue learning and use the courses available through DEVK Campus

• Completed training as an insurance specialist, insurance and finance clerk, or an equivalent qualification. Career changers need completed vocational training and sales experience. Further training towards the IHK insurance intermediary qualification is provided
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
