About this Apprenticeship
As an employed bank advisor (m/f/d) of the DEVK regional directorate, you look after the customers of our cooperation partner, Sparda-Bank eG. In the Sparda branch on site, you are the face of DEVK and inform about our products and their special benefits and conditions.
What You'll Learn
- You advise and support Sparda-Bank eG customers on all insurance matters.
- You build long-term customer relationships with DEVK.
- You acquire new customers - completely without cold calling.
- You review and optimize the current insurance situation of our customers.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training | ideal would be: Merchant (m/f/d) for Insurance and Financial Assets, Insurance Specialist (m/f/d) or Bank Clerk (m/f/d)
- First experience in customer advisory or sales
- Communication skills, sales talent, enjoyment of individual consulting
- Car driving license
