Customer Advisor for Insurance Sales

Advising and providing long-term support to private and business customers at an established DEVK agency in Ludwigshafen, with responsibility for an existing customer base and the agency’s success.

Comprehensive advising and support for private and business customers on insurance and retirement-planning matters Analyzing existing policies, optimizing coverage and developing individual solutions Taking over and developing an existing customer base and acquiring new customers through referrals and established contacts Building long-term customer relationships, handling service requests and settling minor claims Independently managing sales targets and actively contributing to the agency’s success

Completed commercial training, ideally in insurance and financial investments, insurance, financial services or banking Experience in customer advising, sales, field sales or inside sales, preferably in insurance or financial services Strong communication and consulting skills, a results-oriented approach and enjoyment of active customer contact Initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, motivation and goal orientation Category B driving licence and willingness to support customers regionally
