You will be deployed in a DEVK branch office, be part of the agency team, and directly employed by the agency manager.

You are the main contact person for existing and potential customers. You analyze and optimize the customers' current insurance situation. Through your passion for sales, you continuously expand the customer base. You regularly check whether the customers' coverage matches their current life situation. In the event of a claim, customers can rely on your support at any time. We convince through customer proximity – therefore you advise customers on-site or via video consultation.

Completed apprenticeship as a management assistant (m/f/d) for insurance and finance or insurance clerk / insurance specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification. Passion for sales and selling. Strong customer and service orientation. Convincing personality and communication skills. Willingness to travel regionally.
