The apprenticeship offers you many chances to gain your first work experience and dive into our varied areas of work. Your apprenticeship starts on 1 September and lasts 3 years.

• You complete your practical training in one of our branch offices.
• Your training is varied: you accompany customers from first contact through advice to referrals.
• You support customers with help and advice, at the branch or at their home.
• You experience a varied mix of practical placements, vocational school and effective seminars on advising and selling our products.

• Intermediate secondary school certificate or (technical) Abitur
• Strong communication skills and empathy
• Teamwork skills
