Agency Manager

DEVK is looking in Bürstadt for a committed agency manager, as a self-employed entrepreneur under § 84 HGB, to run an agency. Permanent, full-time, start immediately.

• Managing your agency and its affiliated branch offices
• Sales and personnel leadership of your agency staff
• Ensuring care of our long-standing private and business customers in insurance matters
• Growing your portfolio by continuously winning new customers and consistent cross-selling
• Controlling claims management in the agency

• Completed training as an insurance specialist (m/f/d), insurance and finance clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Ideally further training as an insurance specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt) or insurance business economist (m/f/d)
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Willingness and potential to take on leadership responsibility
• Several years of sales experience, ideally in the insurance industry
