Agency Manager

DEVK is looking for committed self-employed entrepreneurs under § 84 HGB to run one of its agencies in Fürth. The position is permanent and full-time, starting immediately.

• Managing your agency and its affiliated branch offices
• Sales and staff leadership of your agency employees
• Ensuring care for our long-standing private and business customers on insurance matters
• Growing your portfolio through continuous acquisition of new customers and consistent cross-selling
• Managing claims handling in the agency

• Completed training as an insurance specialist (m/f/d), insurance and finance clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Ideally further training as an insurance specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt) (m/f/d) or insurance business administrator (Versicherungsbetriebswirt) (m/f/d)
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Willingness and potential to take on leadership responsibility
• Several years of sales experience, ideally in the insurance industry
