For the practical implementation and assurance of our sales philosophy in the branches, we are looking for a multiplier with training experience and industry knowledge. You inspire as a trainer, coach, advisor, motivator, and creative idea generator (m/f/d) both in sales accompaniment and in the onboarding of our agents. You work closely with the field management in your region.

• Development of our agents with a focus on standardized, practice-oriented qualification
• Ensurance and continuous improvement of our high advisory quality and customer orientation
• Conducting practical onboarding of new agents through sales accompaniment in the Mainz regional directorate area
• Monitoring of onboarding reports for new agents
• Conception, implementation, optimization, and evaluation of practical, innovative, and lively training concepts for sales training
• Support of training activities of the Commissioner for Education and Training of the Mainz and Saarbrücken regional directorates
• Support of the Commissioner for Education and Training of the regional directorate in preparing for the practical sales examination for merchant/specialist (m/f/d) for insurance and finance
• Close cooperation with managers in developing, implementing, and evaluating qualification needs

• Completed apprenticeship as an insurance specialist (m/f/d) or merchant (m/f/d) for insurance and finance
• Sound insurance expertise and several years of professional experience in insurance sales
• Strong rhetorical, methodological, and didactic skills combined with a confident and reliable demeanor
• Ability to motivate and inspire
• High performance orientation, as well as ability to accept criticism and self-reflection
• Ideally further training as a certified specialist for insurance and finance or insurance business administrator
• Willingness to travel
