Around 6,000 employees in 1,250 branches, 19 regional directorates and the corporate headquarters in Cologne take care of our customers' concerns every day. You will be deployed in a DEVK branch, are part of the agency team there and are employed directly by the agency manager.

• You look after our customers and handle general office tasks.

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally as an insurance specialist or management assistant for insurance and finance (m/f/d)
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Customer friendliness and communication skills
• Independent and self-reliant working style
