• A different way of working: You will join a special working community with a varied, forward-looking training approach. We focus on working together rather than traditional hierarchies. Independent work and individual learning paths help you develop your strengths.
• Useful technology: We value digital connections and provide modern devices to support your work. Depending on your role and work area, this may be a laptop, a smartphone or both. We also use digital tools for training and further learning.
• Health at work: dm offers a range of health services, including company doctor appointments, health screenings and checkups, and workshops and courses for mental health.

• Depending on your interests and abilities, we offer various ways to develop, including specialist training. Another option after your apprenticeship is further training as a retail management specialist, deepening your business knowledge and introducing management topics. We support the path you choose.
