About this Apprenticeship
You make the difference in one of our more than 2,000 dm stores, the meeting place for brands and people. As a cleaning staff member, you fundamentally contribute to the dm feel-good atmosphere and make the shopping world shine. In this mini-job/midi-job you are part of a reliable team that works together on equal footing. Your working hours are by arrangement with your dm store in various shifts (morning, noon, evening) from Monday to Saturday between 6:00 and 21:00. Let's act together – inviting, empathetic and hands-on.
What You'll Learn
- Maintenance of premises: The typical dm feel-good atmosphere includes everything being tip-top – and that's exactly what you take care of. Together with a committed team you take on all cleaning tasks in the dm store.
- Order: You pitch in and are fully committed when it comes to tidying up.
- Cleanliness: With your eye for detail you ensure a well-maintained store appearance and thus help ensure people like shopping at dm.
Requirements
- Competencies: You have a good eye for order and bring a pronounced sense of cleanliness.
- Team spirit and motivation: Your team can rely on you to pitch in. And when it gets stressful, you keep your cool.
- Cleaning equipment and care products: You know both very well, know how to handle them and which agent is suitable for what.
- Flexibility: In a dm store, situations and needs can change again and again – we can count on your reliability even then.
- Activity: Work in a dm store is sometimes strenuous. Your resilience and stamina help you with that.
