Sales Assistant, 12 hours per week, in 74653 Künzelsau

As a sales assistant at the dm store in Künzelsau, you will advise customers and help make shopping enjoyable. This part-time role is for 12 hours per week, from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2027. Shifts are agreed with the store and take place in the mornings, afternoons and evenings from Monday to Saturday.

• Customer advice: Help customers with knowledge and a smile, making sure all their questions are answered.
• Product displays and range organisation: Arrange products clearly, group them to suit customers and make them easy to reach, helping people enjoy shopping at dm.
• Customer focus: Make shopping at dm enjoyable through your openness and willingness to help.
• Passport photo service: Take passport and ID photos that meet biometric requirements.
• Till work: Keep things running smoothly at the till so customers finish their shopping in a pleasant atmosphere.
• Picking express orders: Process incoming online orders and help prepare express deliveries for customers.
• Creating promotional display tables together: Use your creativity, ideas and organisational skills to support sales promotions.
• Stocktaking: Count stock and place orders to make sure the dm store does not run out of products.

• Customer service: Your empathy, commitment and enjoyment of meeting people help us create dm's welcoming atmosphere.
• Training and experience: You have completed commercial vocational training and already have experience in retail or another commercial role.
• eID activation for the passport photo service: You need the electronic ID function on your identity document activated so that passport photos taken in our stores can be sent digitally to citizens' offices.
• Skills: You enjoy working with digital tools and are confident using smartphones and similar devices. You also have an excellent command of German.
• Teamwork and motivation: You help the team keep the store running smoothly and agree working hours together. You stay calm when things get busy.
• Initiative, problem solving and a desire to make a difference: You want to take the initiative, work independently, develop solutions and help our team build a better future for everyone.
