About this Apprenticeship
You make a difference in one of our more than 2,000 dm stores. In goods replenishment, we work together to make sure our range is always ready on the shelves for our customers. Your working times, agreed with your dm store, are Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 6:15 and 8:15. Mini-job (6 hrs/week), permanent contract, start as soon as possible.
What You'll Learn
- Presenting goods: You place delivered goods on the shelf where they belong. This way you make sure customers always find what they are looking for and enjoy shopping at dm.
- Shelf care: When goods are missing, you make sure with your commitment that the shelves are full again.
Requirements
- You impress us with your love of order, and you are good with smartphones, digital media and the German language.
- You enjoy the variety of our products.
- To keep everyday life in the store running smoothly, you pitch in as a team, and even when it gets stressful, we can rely on your calm.
- Situations and needs in a dm store can change from time to time – we can count on your reliability then too.
- The work in a dm store is sometimes tiring. Your resilience and stamina help you with that.
What dm-drogerie markt offers
- The dialogue-based company culture is the foundation of our joint actions, characterized by flat hierarchies, independent work and respectful interaction with one another.
- Our comprehensive peer-led onboarding helps you dive into the dm world and find your place in the team.
- For good planning of work and private life, we agree on working hours together early, taking customer needs into account.
- Above-tariff minimum starting wage of 15 € per hour.
- 30% subsidy for the "Deutschlandticket Job".
- Employee discount: 10 percent off your purchases in all German dm stores and discounts in many online shops thanks to our partners.
- Extensive program for your well-being at work, with maximum working hours and restful breaks – including minute-accurate electronic recording of your work.
- Coffee, water or tea are free in all work areas at dm.
- Additional benefits for your retirement and protection, such as a subsidy to your company pension plan or an attractive disability insurance.
- Voluntary special payments: holiday and Christmas bonuses, special payments and goods vouchers as well as anniversary payments.
