Electronics Technician / Mechatronics Technician Commissioning CNC Milling Machines

Position at DMG MORI, a world-leading manufacturer of high-precision machine tools, for electrical wiring, commissioning and acceptance testing of CNC milling machines in a production environment.

• Electrical wiring and commissioning of CNC milling machines in a production environment
• Carrying out NC and electrical acceptance tests on fully assembled machines
• Analyzing and fixing electrical faults directly on the machine
• Loading and testing PLC and NC archives
• Adjusting and optimizing PLC programs during commissioning
• Maintenance and servicing of production-related electrical systems
• Pre-assembly of electrical assemblies for later machine use
• Close cooperation with mechanical assembly and development / design departments

• Completed training as an electronics technician for automation or industrial engineering, mechatronics technician or comparable qualification
• Enjoyment of hands-on work on modern machine tools
• Technical understanding and interest in production and manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of Siemens Sinumerik One or 840D
• Ideally experience with Siemens Simatic Manager or TIA Portal
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Very good German skills
