Service Technician - Field Service

• Carrying out service assignments at our customers' sites as well as analysis and rectification of technical faults on machine tools
• Carrying out repairs, replacement of components and wear parts as well as subsequent adjustment and test work
• Fault diagnosis on mechanical, electrical and electromechanical assemblies and systems
• Instruction of customers in operation, care and maintenance of machines as well as technical advice on site
• Documentation of service assignments, fault patterns and measures carried out in the designated systems
• Close cooperation with technical support, deployment planning and spare parts management for quick and sustainable problem solving
• Carrying out simple software adjustments and function tests on CNC or PLC controls (depending on qualification)
• Professional support of our customers as well as service-oriented representation of our company in field service

• Residence in the area of Würzburg, Nuremberg, Regensburg or Bayreuth
• Completed technical vocational training e.g. as industrial mechanic, electronics technician, mechatronics technician
• Interest in a field service role
• Joy in direct customer contact, a service-oriented approach and customer-friendly appearance
• Willingness to travel within the regional service area South-East (Bavaria and parts of Baden-Württemberg) as well as corresponding flexibility
