Backend Developer (Go)

• You design, implement, and maintain high-performance backend services and microservices in Go
• You design stable APIs and interfaces with REST, gRPC, and event-driven communication
• You model domains, data flows, and technical contracts between services and adjacent systems
• You integrate machine- and production-related data sources and support the connection of industrial protocols
• You secure solutions through automated tests and optimize runtime behavior, resource consumption, error handling, as well as monitoring and tracing

• Completed degree or apprenticeship in the IT field or a comparable qualification with solid professional experience
• Several years of experience in backend development and very good knowledge of Go
• Solid understanding of concurrent programming, API design, error handling, and distributed systems
• Experience with Linux, Docker, Git, and automated build, test, and deployment processes
• Knowledge of REST and gRPC; experience with MQTT, NATS, OPC UA, or comparable technologies is an advantage
• Practice in analyzing complex error patterns and in developing maintainable, testable solutions
• You have strong communication skills in German and English. We require at least German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at B2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR)
