- Your tasks
- Installation and commissioning of our modern time and access systems at customers
- Performance of maintenance and functional tests
- Contact person for our customers and ensuring reliable operation of hardware and software
- Troubleshooting, modernization and updating of existing systems
- Support of our customers both on-site and remotely
- Participation in cross-departmental projects
What You'll Learn

Requirements
- Completed technical training (e.g. mechatronics, electronics, IT system electronics, information technology) or comparable knowledge
- Technical understanding and interest in innovative solutions
- Sound knowledge in using computers, operating systems and networks (especially Windows & Office)
- Service-oriented, communicative personality with enjoyment of customer contact
- Independent and reliable way of working as well as motivation for further development
- Driving license class B and residence in the service area (travel readiness (60:40) including overnight stays)
- Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
