Master Cleaning

As a Master (m/f/d) Cleaning at Dr. Oetker, you take on the technical leadership of employees on the night shift, as well as the efficient management and further development of cleaning processes. The cleaning team makes sure the production lines are optimally prepared for the next production day.

• You support the shift manager on the night shift and ensure all cleaning work runs smoothly.
• You lead the employees in your area according to the Dr. Oetker leadership principles and ensure optimal qualitative and quantitative staffing according to the work plan.
• You ensure the optimal cleaning process and the required quality of the cleaning result.
• You optimally prepare production for the next morning and make sure machines and equipment are ready at production start.
• You independently take care of the necessary peripheral cleaning measures in your area according to the cleaning and disinfection program.
• You always keep an eye on the optimal use of work and consumable materials such as cleaning equipment, cleaning and disinfecting agents, and PPE.
• You monitor the hygiene standard and implement all requirements to ensure product safety.
• You ensure and implement occupational safety using the ASM system, conduct safety training and instruction for employees, and contribute to risk assessments.
• You stay close to your employees: daily communication, training, and annual, return and feedback talks for further qualification.
• You promote building and maintaining a high-performing team through an inspiring, performance-supporting and appreciative working climate.
• You work closely with Production, Quality Assurance and Technical departments, contributing to a successful production start.

• Completed vocational training and additional qualification as a master craftsperson or technician in the food sector or in technical fields, or comparable training
• At least 2 years of professional experience in production
• Ideally experience leading employees
• Willingness to work permanently on the night shift and temporarily on rotating shifts
• Good IT skills (SAP, Microsoft Office package) and solid knowledge of German, spoken and written
