Apprentice IT Specialist for System Integration

Planning and setting up IT systems: You assist in planning, installing and configuring hardware and software and learn to align IT solutions with the requirements of our employees and departments. IT security and data protection: You participate in implementing measures for IT security and data protection and learn how data and systems are reliably protected. System integration and error analysis: You support the analysis and resolution of compatibility issues of various IT systems and components, thus contributing to the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Getting to know and maintaining networks: You gain insight into the structure of our network infrastructure, assist in setting up and configuring network components and help analyze and resolve connection problems. Data backup and recovery: You assist in verifying backups, document backup runs and learn how data can be restored when needed. Documentation and inventory: You document IT systems, networks and solution paths and support maintenance of the IT inventory. User support and troubleshooting: You assist our employees with technical questions, log support requests and help handle IT disruptions. Vocational school: At vocational school you learn the theoretical foundations for your profession and can specifically expand your practical knowledge.

Completed school education (at least intermediate school leaving certificate). Interest in IT systems, networks and technical contexts. Technical understanding, solution-oriented thinking and enjoyment of troubleshooting. Teamwork, reliability and good communication skills.
