In the field of neonatal care, you help shape how innovative medical technology for the care of premature and newborn babies is created. As a central interface between development teams, external partners and various departments, you ensure transparency and the successful implementation of complex development projects.

• Coordination of several teams within an Agile Release Train – with focus on transparency, coordination and a common strategic orientation
• Plan and moderate central SAFe events such as PI Planning, in close coordination with teams, stakeholders and external partners
• Make progress, risks and dependencies visible and thus create the basis for informed decisions
• Continuously develop processes, working methods and the agile organisation to strengthen cross-team collaboration
• Manage development projects with external cooperation and development partners and assume responsibility for agreed quality, schedule and project goals
• Build strategic partnerships and manage contractual relationships – as central contact person together with product management

• Completed degree in business administration, engineering or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in project, program or multi-project management in a complex environment
• Knowledge of agile working methods as well as practical experience in agile roles, ideally in a SAFe environment
• Strong communication and moderation skills as well as experience in stakeholder management and cross-departmental collaboration
• Negotiation-proficient German and English skills
