Line Manager Production Lines Ventilation, Heat Therapy and Monitoring

As Line Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the ventilation, heat therapy, and monitoring production lines of the Business Unit Therapy at the Lübeck production site. In this role, you lead the team leaders and industrial engineers of the respective production lines and report to the Production Manager of the Business Unit Therapy. Your focus is particularly on monitoring relevant KPIs such as productivity, the continuous improvement of manufacturing and process flows, and increasing on-time delivery and output flexibility. With your entrepreneurial thinking and acting, you ensure suitable framework conditions that support your employees in achieving their goals and in which both the team and each individual can develop their abilities and skills. You work cross-functionally with various teams, stakeholders, and partners. In doing so, you adhere to budget requirements, keep an eye on costs and quality, ensure delivery capability and schedule adherence, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements and occupational safety in your area of responsibility.

You have a completed degree (e.g., business or engineering) or comparable training. In addition, you bring many years of leadership and production experience as well as experience with supply chain processes. Extensive practical experience with lean management methods and very good English skills in both written and spoken round off your profile. You lead employees with passion.
