Warranty Management

With your work, you help ensure that Dräger products remain reliable and that customers are supported quickly and appropriately in the event of complaints. You process warranty cases and provide insights with which we can further improve our product quality.

Warranty management: You process warranty cases from claim assessment to closure. Claim assessment: You evaluate claims based on product knowledge and contractual bases. Error analysis: You clarify causes of errors together with engineering, logistics and sales. Immediate measures: You initiate measures and track them according to defined escalation levels. Documentation: You maintain cases and data in compliance with regulations in SAP. Complaint analysis: You recognize patterns and causes across products and processes, prioritize needs for action and propose solutions. Quality committee: You contribute insights and key figures and further develop warranty processes and quality standards.

Training: Commercial or technical training with additional qualification (e.g. further training in quality management) or completed technical school training (minimum two years). Professional experience: several years of experience in product quality management in an industrial environment, particularly in dealing with complaints. Product and legal understanding: Knowledge of warranty claims and ideally technical understanding of safety devices or measurement technology. SAP and MS Office: SAP (complaint processing) and confident use of MS Office. Quality management: Expertise in operational quality management. English: Good written and spoken English skills.
