Production Worker Respiratory Filter Manufacturing

In the High Volume Filter area, we manufacture respiratory filters for protective masks, among other things. Our filters protect emergency services from civil and disaster protection not only against chemical warfare agents but also against industrial chemicals. Due to the great responsibility we bear for the health of our customers, quality and reliability of our products are essential for us. We manufacture our broad portfolio in the field of respiratory filter production primarily on automated production lines, but manual system assembly also characterizes our work environment.

You will equip and operate machines and production systems in the field of respiratory filter manufacturing and carry out order-related setup work according to work instructions (including setup parameters) and process instructions. This includes the coordination of work processes, documentation and feedback using defined order documents. This also includes tool changes and fine adjustments during the process (partly according to defined specifications). You will carry out simple/complex tests (e.g. first article inspections) and document them. The performance of fault analysis and troubleshooting in production operations on systems with simple to average complexity rounds off the assigned tasks. In addition, you will support the responsible TPM maintenance technician in the planning and monitoring of maintenance and repair work. The aim is to identify optimization potential with regard to TPM. The work is carried out in a three-shift operation.

You have successfully completed a technical apprenticeship and ideally have several years of professional experience in an automated manufacturing environment. You have a basic knowledge of control and regulation technology and have (initial) knowledge of maintenance. You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working, are persuasive and assertive, and enjoy working in a team. You are confident in using MS Office applications. You are willing to work in a 3-shift operation.
