Expert for Occupational Safety

As an expert for occupational safety (m/f/d), you ensure together with a strong team that workplaces are designed safely and efficiently – contributing to our 'Vision Zero' – the maximum reduction of workplace accidents.

• Your tasks:
• Safety first: With your commitment, you design workplaces where safety and efficiency go hand in hand and are the central contact person for our customer in Burghausen.
• Organization and material planning: You ensure efficient use of materials and actively develop our safety solution on site.
• Team leadership: You lead your project team with commitment and ensure respectful and motivating cooperation.

• What you bring:
• Your education: You have a successfully completed vocational training. An additional qualification as a safety specialist (Sifa) is an advantage and desired.
• Driver's license: With your class B driver's license, you can independently drive to our project at the site in Burghausen.
• Project management experience: If you have already coordinated projects or led teams, you are well prepared for this role. We support you in further developing your knowledge.
• IT skills: If you already have experience with project management tools, that's a plus.
• Language skills: With your good German and English skills, you are able to communicate smoothly with your team as well as English-speaking customers on site. What makes entry easier:

• First leadership experience: You have already led teams and can thus appear motivating and drive our project forward.
