Internship in Safety Technology Innovation

Studying is fun – even more so when you can experience theory in practice. At Dräger, you contribute your ideas from day one and take responsibility for 'Technology for Life'. In the innovation area of safety technology, you support the team for three to six months in various future technologies for the next steps towards occupational safety/'Vision Zero'. Depending on the requirements of the department and the internship tasks, we offer the possibility to work partially remotely. We will discuss the details in a personal interview.

• Scout technologies and identify and assess trends
• Build demonstrators using software and hardware
• Carry out test series and evaluations using data analytics methods
• Present results to the relevant departments

• Studying Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Medical Engineering/Biomechanics, Computer Science, Physics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering or a comparable subject, in at least your fourth semester
• Knowledge of embedded programming, generative AI, biosensing and ergonomics, systematic engineering design, 3D printing or data analytics would be helpful but is not required
• A willingness to experiment, creativity and an independent approach to work
• Enjoyment of working in a team with people from different fields
• Ability to present results in a way that suits the audience
