Internship UX Research and Usability

In the area of UX Research and Usability, you will support us for three to six months in creating Usability Engineering Files using Artificial Intelligence optimally. • Investigate AI-based methods for creating and maintaining usability documents
• Using concrete project examples, analyze a complete workflow along the usability process and develop a revised proposal with maximum use of AI
• Show how the entire documentation process can be optimally supported by AI
• Investigate where else AI can be used effectively in the UX team's work

• Studying computer science, data science in at least the 4th semester or a comparable degree program
• Interest in AI, NLP or automation in document-based environments
• First experience with AI applications (e.g. LLMs, text generation, data analysis)
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, usability or the medical device field is a plus, but not required
• An independent way of working and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
