Senior Specialist, Insurance / Pension / Participation (475/2026)

Deutsche Rentenversicherung Mitteldeutschland is a modern, secure and family-friendly pension insurance institution. The position is available as soon as possible in the Benefits Coordination Department at the Leipzig or Halle location.

Develop solution concepts for interpreting social law; develop and adapt instructions, procedures and forms for implementing social law and digitizing processes and applications; create and revise legal work instructions, procedural instructions, information documents, concept drafts and working materials; develop solutions for new processes and applications in insurance and contributions; prepare and deliver training sessions and presentations; participate in projects, working groups and nationwide committees; prepare decision papers and statements. The role includes multi-day business travel.

Successfully completed university or university of applied sciences degree with a Bachelor of Laws in law or administration, Public Management, Management - Social Security, or a comparable qualification at DQR level 6; professional experience in social security law, preferably pension law; strong assertiveness and decision-making skills; excellent analytical understanding; careful, independent and responsible way of working; good communication and teamwork skills.
