About this Apprenticeship
Employee (m/f/d) Picking and Goods Receipt at Duravit AG in Hornberg.
What You'll Learn
- Your area of responsibility includes picking and packing goods as well as assembling sets.
- Ensuring proper storage of all products is also part of your daily tasks.
- You shrink-wrap pallets with film and ensure safe transport of goods.
- Checking goods for product and pallet quality as well as completeness is your responsibility.
- During the unloading process, you support the freight drivers and contribute to a smooth process.
- In addition, you match delivered goods with delivery notes, process shipping documents professionally, and record warehouse movements using a handheld scanner.
Requirements
- Willingness to work shifts and occasional Saturday assignments
- Ideally first experience in warehouse logistics and handling of forklifts or other industrial trucks, forklift license an advantage
- Physical resilience and willingness to perform
- Basic IT skills
- Independent, reliable work style as well as teamwork and sense of responsibility
