Internship - Human Resources and Organizational Development Summer Semester 2027

Internship in Human Resources and Organizational Development for summer semester 2027, ideally 6 months duration.

• Actively help research, create, run and evaluate staff development activities, such as seminars, leadership training, team workshops in person and online, and e-learning courses
• Help design the internal seminar and health programme
• Actively support various development programmes with design, planning, organisation, delivery, participant communication and feedback evaluation
• Help further develop workplace health initiatives
• Contribute to projects across organisational development
• Support data analysis and prepare information to support decisions

• Studying psychology, social sciences, business administration or a related subject, preferably specialising in personnel and organisation
• Very good MS Office skills
• Very good spoken and written German; English and any other foreign language are a plus
• An open, creative and curious person who enjoys contributing and putting their own ideas into practice
• A careful and independent approach to work, a practical mindset and a good sense of humour
• Duration: ideally 6 months, starting in the summer semester of 2027 or the winter semester of 2027/2028
