What You'll Learn
- Contact person (m/f/d) for all topics around training, as well as further development and implementation of the training concept and related processes
- Interface between trainees, training officers and trainers
- Nationwide support and advice for trainees and trainers including regular site visits
- Design, organization and delivery of training events and subject-specific trainings, in person and digital
- Managing training demand and coordinating the related job postings
- Identifying and building suitable training partnerships and supporting the choice of recruiting channels
- Contributing to employer branding and target-group-oriented HR marketing
Requirements
- Completed commercial training in HR, recruiting or a comparable qualification
- At least three years of professional experience in the field of young talents
- Trainer qualification according to AEVO (trainer certificate)
- Experience with applicant management systems and MS Office
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Strong service and customer orientation as well as a confident and empathetic manner
- Fluent German and good English, spoken and written
- Willingness to travel within Germany and a class B driver's license
