Caretaker Düsseldorf

Dussmann Service Deutschland is looking for a full-time caretaker (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf. Permanent position, starting immediately.

• Operating, handling and adjusting building technical systems
• Carrying out inspection rounds as part of requested building service tasks
• Minor repairs to doors, windows, etc.
• Small moving services and rearranging furniture
• Helping with event service, equipping and furnishing conference, training and meeting rooms as needed
• Maintaining paved and green areas as instructed
• Courier services
• Participation in on-call duty

• Completed vocational training in a craft trade or equivalent vocational training
• First practical knowledge of building management is an advantage
• Ready-to-use IT skills (MS Office, CAFM systems)
• Good German skills
• Proactive way of working
• Qualified person as lift attendant according to TRBS 2181 and 3121 as well as
• Qualification as electrically skilled person for specified activities (EffT) is an advantage
• Confident and self-assured manner and a communicative nature
• Driving licence class 3 or B
