Building Maintenance Technician, Electrical, Mainz - ID: 14460

Dussmann Service is seeking a building maintenance technician specialising in electrical systems in Mainz, starting immediately. This permanent, full-time role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 16:00, with occasional on-call duties including weekends and public holidays.

• Receive, forward and handle incoming customer requests
• Operate building systems, mainly electrical systems and optionally measurement and control systems, as the person responsible for work under DIN VDE 0105-100
• Carry out work under DIN 31051, particularly operating, handling and setting the systems described above
• Diagnose faults and resolve problems
• Ensure all systems remain available and work reliably
• Accompany and support external contractors during maintenance and repairs
• Create and maintain fault, test, maintenance and inspection reports
• Document on-call duties

• Completed vocational training as an electrician, electronics technician or an equivalent qualification
• Some practical knowledge of building management is desirable
• Very good German skills
• A focus on results and sound business decisions
• Confident use of MS Office
• Knowledge of computer-aided facility management systems is an advantage
• Confident communication with customers and colleagues
• A confident, assured manner and a proactive approach to work
