• Operation of building technical systems (focus on heating and sanitation technology, ventilation and refrigeration technology, as well as technical equipment in the roof and facade area)
• Operation and maintenance of building management systems (MSR) technology
• Execution and control of work according to DIN 31051, in particular operation, handling, adjustment, maintenance, inspection
• Support in guiding, instructing, monitoring, and coordinating external companies during maintenance and repair work
• Keeping and maintaining fault, test, maintenance, and inspection reports
• Supporting the site manager in organizing the operation of building technical systems and technical guidance of janitors (m/f/d)
• Taking on standby duties also on weekends

• Completed vocational training in supply engineering (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation), as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or equivalent vocational training or further training as a building technician (m/f/d)
• Adequate technical knowledge in the field of electrical, heating, sanitation, and building management systems (MSR) technology
• Professional experience and practical knowledge in building management
• Basic technical knowledge in the entire field of building technology, especially in preventive fire protection desirable
• Confident handling of MS Office, mobile computer systems, and CAFM systems desirable
• Very good German language skills
• Qualification as an electrical specialist for defined activities (EffT) an advantage
• Willingness to work regularly on Saturdays
