About this Apprenticeship
Dussmann Service Deutschland is looking for a security officer (m/f/d) in Norderstedt, part-time (30 hours/week, 3-shift system, Monday to Sunday, 5 days/week), with a permanent contract, starting immediately.
What You'll Learn
- Carrying out measures on a private-law contractual basis or on public commission to protect life, limb, health and property as well as other legal interests
- Ensuring protection and security and averting damage and dangers
- Carrying out checks and access controls (people/vehicles) and initiating security-related measures
- Service-oriented and friendly contact person (m/f/d) for visitors (m/f/d) and guests (m/f/d)
- Complying with regulations and safety rules
Requirements
- At least the expert knowledge exam under §34a GewO
- Experience in the security industry is an advantage
- Good German skills in speaking and writing (at least B2)
- Willingness to commit, friendly and confident manner with our customers
- Team-oriented, independent and assertive personality
- Ability to de-escalate and good communication skills
- Basic technical understanding of PC / MS Office / EMA / BMA / VÜA
- Willingness to work weekends and shifts
