Start date / duration: from 01.01.2027 for 12 months (extension possible). The TxB Business Field Management department is the central management unit of the Transaction Banking (TxB) business field. We pool cross-divisional expertise in controlling, strategy, and partner and risk management. As an objective partner, we support the specialist departments and act as an interface to other areas and partners of DZ BANK to actively shape the future of Transaction Banking. Participation in strategic planning processes and support in the development and implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Application of IT knowledge to automate and further develop existing reporting structures, further development of digital solutions for controlling. Conducting comprehensive data analyses to identify trends and support decision-making. Optimization of internal processes through implementation of innovative IT solutions and promotion of continuous improvements. In all activities, you will be supported by a fixed contact person. Advanced bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a comparable full-time program with very good performance. Independent and structured working style and quick comprehension. Enthusiasm for new technologies and their practical application. Interest in payments, payment transactions, and securities business. Very good knowledge of MS Office 365 and GenAI. Further IT knowledge, especially Agentic AI, is an advantage.
