Apprenticeship as an IT Systems Electronics Technician

You will learn in highly available data centers in Frankfurt am Main how hardware, power supply, cabling and networking become reliable IT infrastructure. The apprenticeship starts on September 1, 2027.

• Install, connect, configure and maintain IT systems and servers
• Learn about networking technology, cabling and connecting components
• Understand technical infrastructure and power supply
• Systematically search for faults and resolve problems
• Learn about data center security concepts
• Work with ticket systems in a team and document technical tasks

• Good intermediate school-leaving certificate, entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences or Abitur
• Interest in IT, electronics and technical connections
• Enjoyment of tinkering and understanding how things work
• Initial experience with PCs, hardware, servers or networks is an advantage but not required
• Reliable, careful and responsible way of working
• Willingness to learn, team skills and clear communication; English skills are an advantage
