Customer Advisor Operations / Customer Service Trade Fair

As one of the world's fastest-growing event companies, we organize over 200 trade fairs annually in more than a dozen European countries. We create unique encounter platforms, live and online, 365 days a year. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Customer Advisor Operations / Customer Service Trade Fair (f/m/d) starting January 1, 2027, on a permanent full-time basis at our locations in Munich, Stuttgart, or Bielefeld. We offer you an interesting role in the organization and execution of our specialized trade fairs. From day one, you will play an important role in our Service Unit Operations for all specialized trade fairs we organize in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy. Your main task is to optimally support and advise exhibitors on booth design questions and organizational matters in the run-up to our trade fairs.

Before and during the trade fair, you advise and support our exhibitors with their booth planning. You maintain close contact with exhibitors by phone and email. You proactively develop proposals for an optimized exhibitor presence. You assist exhibitors with additional orders in our online shop (furniture, graphics, carpets, etc.). At our trade fairs, you are regularly on-site from setup to dismantling, ensuring smooth operations. Using our internal software tools, you manage and update relevant data.

Ideally you already have initial experience in customer service, e.g., from the hospitality industry. You are comfortable with direct customer contact, whether in person, by phone, email, or in online meetings. You have an affinity for customer service and support, always putting customer concerns first. Even with tricky inquiries and stressful situations, you keep a cool head and work in a solution-oriented manner. You can confidently use MS Office and are open to learning our internal digital tools. Independent, reliable, and results-oriented work style, as well as very good German and English skills written and spoken; additional languages are a plus. Travel to our trade fairs in the DACH-Italy region is no problem for you.
