Working Student Data Assistant

As one of the world's fastest-growing event companies, we organize more than 200 trade fairs every year in over a dozen European countries. We create unique meeting platforms, both live and online, 365 days a year. To strengthen our team, we are looking for someone at our locations in Munich, Stuttgart, Bielefeld or remotely (10–20 hours per week). You will be part of the Marketing and IT team. You are interested in working with and managing large amounts of data. You are highly reliable and accurate and help us further develop our visitor and exhibitor data.

• Data maintenance: you support data management in maintaining our data
• Data quality: you enrich and qualify data and prepare it for marketing campaigns
• Email bounces: you process bounces and keep our contact data up to date
• Distribution lists: you finalize and update lists for our communication
• Process optimization: you improve processes around contact and company data updates
• Data processing: you handle duplicates, check imports and help with mappings

• Interest in data: you enjoy working with data and take responsibility for its quality
• Careful way of working: you work independently, precisely and reliably
• Excel skills: you are very good at MS Excel
• Availability: ideally you can work several mornings
• Other tools: knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau is an advantage
• Language skills: you speak very good German and good English
