Apprenticeship as Specialist Food Retailer - Butchery - 2027

The training takes place in our Marktkauf in 38304 Wolfenbüttel, Am Wasserwerk 3.

We teach you how to properly process, maintain and control meat and sausage products. Well presented is half sold: We show you how to do it. You will soon be able to advise customers on meat and sausage products and enrich them with your preparation tips. We look forward to your own creations for platters, party service and finger food.

You have a lower secondary school diploma and are aware of how important hygiene and quality are. You enjoy serving our customers, can express yourself well and are not easily rattled. You are communicative and have a lot of fun handling food. With your German language skills at least at B1 level (proof required) you can communicate well with our customers and follow vocational school lessons. To complete the apprenticeship with us, you need a valid work permit for Germany – because you learn directly with our team on site from the start.
