Apprenticeship as a Retail Management Specialist - 2027

The apprenticeship combines two qualifications: retail salesperson and retail management specialist. After three years, you will have knowledge of daily operations, business administration, merchandise management, logistics, corporate processes, leadership and personnel.

You learn about daily operations from purchasing and sales through marketing to customer advice. You analyze key figures, explore procurement, stock management and the flow of goods, and learn about corporate processes, accounting, branch settlement, sales, leadership and personnel.

Higher education entrance qualification, Abitur or advanced technical college entrance qualification; interest in business administration processes; good understanding of mathematics; ability to organize independently; high motivation and willingness to work hard.
