About this Apprenticeship
With the Abitur program you combine the apprenticeship as retail salesperson with the further training as Certified Retail Management Specialist (IHK) and the trainer certificate (AdA). Your goal: lead your own team as a store manager. Training starts on 1 August.
What You'll Learn
- 3 qualifications in 3 years: retail salesperson apprenticeship, Certified Retail Management Specialist (IHK) and AdA certificate under AEVO
- During the practical phases in the store you get to know the business from the ground up
- Stocking and presenting goods, ordering and checkout work
- Learn staff leadership so you can soon take over your own shift
- Take part in training courses and seminars and earn the IHK trainer certificate
- Theory phases are block classes at an external training center (Lidl covers travel/accommodation costs)
Requirements
- Abitur or Fachhochschulreife (theoretical and practical part completed)
- Committed way of working and enthusiasm for the dynamic world of retail
- Enthusiasm, determination and a strong sense of responsibility
- Team spirit and enjoyment in achieving things together with others
- Reliability and flexibility in time within your store's opening hours
