Integrated Retail Management Apprenticeship (HFW I) - 2027

You will learn from real professionals how goods are procured and sold. We show you how important customer satisfaction is and how to inspire people! We also develop your business understanding so that you can determine and analyze key figures. With your creativity, you present goods and your ideas shape our assortment. Your knowledge will be built in the following areas: Business Administration, Work Organization, Accounting, Marketing, Logistics, Sales.

You have a general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or a full university of applied sciences entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife). You enjoy contact with people, want to advise our customers in a friendly manner in the future, and know how important teamwork and mutual support are. You are keen to contribute your ideas, e.g., regarding assortment design, and want to learn new things. With your German language skills at least at B2 level (proof required), you can communicate well with our customers and follow lessons at the food academy. To complete the apprenticeship with us, you need a valid work permit for Germany – because you will learn directly with our team on-site from the start.
