General higher education entrance qualification or full university of applied sciences entrance qualification; enjoyment of customer contact, friendly advice, teamwork and mutual support; desire to contribute ideas (e.g. range design) and learn new things; German skills at least B2 level (proof required); valid work permit for Germany.
