Apprenticeship as Retail Salesperson - 2027

During the three-year apprenticeship, you become an all-rounder in the store and learn about customer service, merchandise management, working with figures and actively helping shape the store.

You learn everything about the flow of goods, from purchasing and storage to sales. You arrange counters and shelves to promote sales and help plan the product range. You ensure hygiene regulations are followed and monitored. You advise customers with expertise, friendliness and commitment. You work at the checkout, complete reconciliations and gain insight into sales data analysis.

At least a lower secondary school certificate; enjoyment of fresh products and a varied range; interest in understanding how retail works economically; motivation and commitment; willingness to contribute, take responsibility and develop.
