• In the practical part of the study program you will deal with tasks such as goods receipt, product presentation, customer conversations and business processes. You don't just watch, but can gradually prove your leadership qualities. This means that immediately after your studies you are directly fit for a responsible position – for example as department manager or deputy store manager in retail.

• Advertising and sales promotion: You develop creative concepts for product presentation and conduct sales conversations independently
• Analysis: You analyze data from the merchandise management system and calculate relevant key figures
• Processes in the store: You support the disposition of goods in the store
