About this Apprenticeship
EDEKA Stenger, a growing family business with 13 stores on the Bavarian Untermain, is looking for a deputy store manager for its store in Wörth am Main.
What You'll Learn
- Business operations: As deputy, you independently organize and run the store in the absence of the store manager and handle closing
- Assortment: You monitor product availability and ensure optimal stock management
- Responsibility: You lead and motivate the team in daily operations and act as the central contact on the sales floor
- Company identification: You promote a positive working atmosphere and support continuous improvement of our cooperation
Requirements
- Training: You have training as a retail clerk, certified retail specialist or similar
- Experience and knowledge: You preferably have professional and leadership experience in food retail
- Independence: You work in a well-structured way, act independently and know how to motivate your team
- Customer-oriented manner: A customer-oriented, confident and friendly manner is natural for you
