Apprenticeship in the food trade with a focus on butchery. You will advise customers, present fresh meat and sausage products and learn about quality, storage and hygiene.

• Advise customers on fresh sausage and meat products and their preparation
• Develop ideas for platter and gift services or finger food
• Present the fresh-food counter attractively and in a sales-oriented way
• Check, store and plan stock levels for fresh products
• Maintain the highest hygiene standards and a clean workplace

• At least a lower secondary school certificate
• Passion for food
• Enjoyment of customer contact and an outgoing personality
• Ability to integrate well into a team
• Motivation and willingness to work
