• Daily business in retail: You will learn all relevant areas – from purchasing and sales to marketing and professional customer advice.
• Business analysis: You determine and analyze key figures and develop well-founded decisions for business success.
• Merchandise management & logistics: You gain insights into procurement, warehousing and the entire flow of goods in the market.
• Business processes: You deal intensively with business administration, work organization, accounting, branch accounting and sales.
• Leadership & personnel: You engage with modern leadership approaches and learn how to motivate, deploy and develop employees.

• School leaving certificate: As an admission requirement you need a general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or a university of applied sciences entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife)
• Foodie: You have a passion for food
