Combined training and further education at Marktkauf (EDEKA Verbund), a practical alternative to a business degree that usually lasts three years. Qualifications: Retail Clerk and Retail Business Specialist, plus trainer aptitude certification (AEVO).

• You get to know all areas of the store intensively and actively help in day-to-day business.
• You take on responsibility early, e.g. for goods processes, assortment design and department organization.
• You work on business topics such as key figure analysis, sales development and staff planning.
• You support the team with leadership tasks and learn to coordinate, motivate and optimize processes.
• You are in direct contact with our customers and ensure a great shopping experience.

• Good school leaving certificate, ideally (technical) Abitur
• Interest in retail, business management and later leadership tasks
• Friendly, confident manner and enjoyment of working with people
• Commitment, sense of responsibility and willingness to keep developing
• Good organizational skills and a structured, attentive way of working
