In the practical part of your dual studies, you dive directly into the exciting processes of retail. You are not just there, you are right in the middle of it: From goods receipt and storage to creative product presentation and active sales talks to business management tasks – you take responsibility and develop step by step into a manager. Storage and merchandise care: You ensure proper storage and care of goods, check deliveries and store them. Product presentation & sales: You develop creative concepts for product presentation and conduct independent sales talks. KPI analysis: You analyze data from the merchandise management system and derive important business management indicators. Merchandise disposition: You support planning and control of goods flow in the store. Personnel planning: You accompany personnel deployment planning and actively coordinate the team on site.

School leaving certificate: As an admission requirement you need the higher education entrance qualification (Abitur/Fachabitur). Foodie: You love food just as much as we do.
